As a Full-Time Maintenance Custodian at the Housing Authority of Billings, your daily responsibilities will focus on ensuring cleanliness and order in various residential facilities along with our facilities, garages, and vehicles. Every day is different. You'll be responsible for assisting the maintenance team and de-pitting units, trash removal, maintaining outdoor spaces, and reporting any maintenance issues to the Senior Asset Manager. Collaboration with fellow staff members will be essential, as you assist with special projects and events. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing you with consistency and routine.
