About The Position

Responsible for supporting light custodial operations, including the collection
and disposal of waste receptacles across campus, and performing pressure washing
and exterior maintenance during the summer months.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the materials, methods, and principles required in the performance of work.
• Knowledge of the use, care, and maintenance of required tools and equipment, both specialized and common.
• Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Ability to use and operate a variety of tools and equipment required in the performance of duties.
• Ability to express ideas clearly, concisely, and convincingly.
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other employees.
• High School graduate
