The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing work orders and purchase orders, coordinating maintenance requests, overseeing repair projects, and handling invoicing and vendor communications. This role ensures that maintenance activities are completed efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of service for residents. Hybrid Schedule: This position will work Monday and Friday from home, and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office (33610). You can work in office Monday and Fridays if you need to.
