About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role involves ensuring the optimal operation of all plant equipment, implementing preventative maintenance strategies, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. The Maintenance Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining high operational efficiency and safety across all facility systems.

Requirements

  • Proven coordinator experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment with strong leadership capabilities
  • Extensive knowledge of facilities management, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), HVAC, and mechanical systems
  • Proficiency with CMMS software for maintenance management purposes
  • Strong understanding of schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting electrical circuits using tools like ohmmeters
  • Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial automation systems
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately
  • Excellent project management skills to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
  • Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment repair and maintenance
  • Effective communication skills in English for team coordination and documentation purposes
  • Familiarity with safety standards related to electrical work, high voltage operations, and general facilities safety protocols
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial maintenance best practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to optimize equipment uptime
  • Oversee troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage components, utilizing schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools
  • Manage industrial equipment maintenance, including HVAC systems, mechanical components, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
  • Coordinate with project management teams for upgrades, installations, or modifications of plant systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols related to electrical work, high voltage, and general facilities management
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment history
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they lead to equipment failure or safety hazards
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices in electrical, mechanical, and industrial maintenance techniques
