SHINE Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator who will be responsible for planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance for the new isotope production facility. The Maintenance Coordinator will report to the Maintenance Manager and work with maintenance technicians and facility technical staff to ensure the reliability of this first-of-a-kind facility. The Maintenance Coordinator will work to develop work packages and procedures for performing scheduled and emergent maintenance on all facility equipment and components, including novel and highly specialized nuclear, chemical processing, and auxiliary equipment. Successful candidates understand that the Maintenance organization is one of diligence, hard work, and action. They take ownership of issues, follow through until resolution, and implement measures to prevent recurrence. Recognizing their role as service providers, primarily to Operations, they perform their duties with professionalism, courtesy, and a spirit of assistance. The position may occasionally require non-standard work hours and shift work, including nights and weekends and may be on-call and available for both planned and unplanned emergency issues 24 hours per day. The base salary range for this position is $40.25 - $43.75 per hour plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The expected start date for this position is April 20 to May 4, 2026.
