Profit Sharing Birthday Pay Call-in Bonus Safety Shoe and Safety Glasses Reimbursement Tuition Reimbursement Wellness Reimbursement (up to $400 annually) Life Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability The Maintenance Coordinator oversees the inventory of maintenance parts, including performing cycle counts, making inventory adjustments, issuing parts, and receiving and stocking incoming items. They manage the process of sending out parts and equipment for repair or return and track the return or credit process. Additionally, they maintain and update all necessary records and documentation. The role involves conducting purchasing duties within the plant and supporting corporate purchasing efforts with a focus on cost savings. The Maintenance Coordinator also provides administrative support for the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years work experience
  • Data entry and keyboarding accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Order, track, receive, and stock inventory.
  • Close out PO’s for inbound parcels within 48 hours of receipt
  • Coordinate quotes, packaging, shipping out, tracking, and receipt/repair parts through Epicor
  • Maintain inventory of essential parts while reducing inventory costs through proper min/max levels
  • Use Epicor software to control budgeted costs, manage assets, monitor parts inventory, track expenditures and track status of open purchase orders
  • Obtain multiple quotes for requested parts in a timely manner and help negotiate cost savings on purchases
  • Work with the Purchasing Agent to requisition and set up new parts in Epicor
  • Work with vendors regarding defective parts and follow through return/credit process
  • Coordinate vendor contractors and suppliers working in or visiting the plant
  • Run weekly preventative maintenance schedules
  • Provide administrative support for the preventive maintenance program
  • Create PMs in Epicor, as needed
  • Manage all maintenance records and documentation in paper and electronic form
  • Keep maintenance crib efficiently organized to enhance ease of locating and checking out parts
  • Assign manuals, labels and other information to parts and assets
  • Manage MRO vending machine system
  • Maintain and update SDS website
  • Maintain excellent standards for housekeeping and safety
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
