Requirements
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Proficient in drywall patching, hanging, and finishing
- Familiarity with metal stud framing
- Proficient at painting
- Familiarity with different types of commercial flooring and installation techniques
- Demonstrates strong fine carpentry and “handyman” skills
- Strong client-facing communication skills to assess situations and discuss scopes of work
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when needed
- Stable work history and strong references
- Dependability—show up on time, every time
- Reliable transportation to a healthcare campus in Jacksonville, Florida
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
