Carpenter II- Maintenance
About The Position
DeLeers Construction has a full time position available for an experienced Carpenter in our Maintenance Division. Maintenance Technicians enjoy variety in their work as they learn all aspects of carpentry and home repair. Tasks include wall patching (drywall/paint), roof patching, window replacements, siding, trim and finish carpentry work, pressure washing, and more. Maintenance technicians ride with an experienced crew lead to be mentored and learn the carpentry trade. DeLeers Construction is a design build general contractor specializing in high end custom homes and commercial buildings. With over 80 years in business, we are known for our high quality work and unique buildings. Our work sites are primarily located in Eagle River, WI. Requirements
- Must be able to regularly lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to climb extension ladders
- Must have a valid drivers license that meets DeLeers Construction Safe Driver Standards
- Some carpentry and home repair experience
- Ability to read a tape measure
