About The Position

The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center. Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, the associate will perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years job experience
  • GED or Highschool Diploma

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program
  • Ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand
  • Support initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center
  • Perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician
  • Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data
  • Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards
  • Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System
  • Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives
