About The Position

As a Maintenance Associate with Superhost Hospitality at Home2 Suites in Normal, IL, you will be a key member of the team responsible for keeping our hotel safe, functional, and comfortable for guests.
This is Part Time at about 20-25 hours a week.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a maintenance technician role in a hotel setting is preferred.
• Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Checking log for active work orders
• Walking and noticing any possible problems in the building
• Reporting to chief engineer at beginning and end of shift
• Work with other staff to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to work independently
• Simple pool maintenance
• Exterior grounds upkeep
• A strong know-how of how things work
