About The Position
Eastlake Village is looking for a Maintenance Associate to undertake the responsibility of upgrading & preserving the good condition and functionality of our 177-unit residential apartment community.
Requirements
- Proven experience as maintenance associate
- Strong working knowledge of general maintenance duties including drying walling, painting, etc.
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Good physical condition and strength
Responsibilities
- Prepare units for occupancy
- Paint and complete make readies for occupancy
- Perform daily trash pickup
- Assist in general maintenance work as requested
- Perform light checks
- Perform manual repairs when necessary
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) and pool maintenance
- On call responsibilities as assigned by property manager
