Requirements

At least one year in one of the following fields: (a) general maintenance (institution or building), (b) carpentry or facility construction, (c) plumbing and/or electricity, (d) appliance maintenance
Demonstrate the ability to communicate, understand, and carry out directions or instructions, both written and verbal
Work independently

Nice To Haves

A high school graduate/GED preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with the maintenance/repair and modification of the building, its utility systems, and grounds
Follow a written planned maintenance program on various mechanical, electrical, and systems equipment
Perform necessary documentation as required in permanent files
