Requirements

At least one year in one of the following fields: general maintenance (institution or building), carpentry or facility construction, plumbing and/or electricity, or appliance maintenance
Must demonstrate the ability to communicate, understand, and carry out directions or instructions, both written and verbal
Must be able to work independently

Nice To Haves

A high school graduate/GED

Responsibilities

Assist with the maintenance/repair and modification of the building, its utility systems, and grounds
Follow a written planned maintenance program on various mechanical, electrical, and systems equipment
Perform necessary documentation as required in permanent files
