Requirements

Proven experience in general maintenance, repair, or a related field.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
Assist with landscaping, groundskeeping, and outdoor maintenance tasks to preserve the property's aesthetic appeal.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, supplies, and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities.
