About The Position

NEW Care, Inc. is looking for a full-time individual to join our Maintenance Department as an all-around handyman! Starting pay is $16.00/hour. Performs a range of maintenance duties for the Company. Responsible for upkeep and repair duties, including maintaining the lawn, identifying the need for repairs, and responding to maintenance requests. Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to safely work with common power and hand tools, and other power equipment.
• Skillful hands, good physical stamina, with strong technical knowledge.
• Extremely organized with good communication skills.
• Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Performs basis tasks including painting, staining, window washing, pressure washing, cleaning facilities, and making maintenance repairs.
• Detects and reports the need for major maintenance repairs.
• Regularly checks community spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns.
• Maintains the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks.
• Provides support to other maintenance personnel on maintaining grounds and equipment.
