Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairing and servicing equipment, fixtures, and facilities.
Assist with preventative maintenance and inspections to identify issues before they escalate.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and safety equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Assist with building repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and grounds keeping as needed.
