HIGH LEVEL OF COMPETENCY AND EFFICIENCY IN ALL ASPECTS OF MAINTENANCE
OPERATIONS. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AS PART OF A TEAM AND INDEPENDENTLY WITH
MINIMUM SUPERVISION.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience preferred, not required
• H-VAC experience preferred, not required
• High school graduate or graduate of a technical school.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals. Knowledge of local codes and ordinances. Knowledge of safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Heavy duty cleaning, light grounds care, maintenance of institutional equipment.
• Keep records of work performed.
• Coordinate work with other departments so as not interrupt patient care or normal business functions.
• Able to be on call for emergencies.
• Perform duties as directed
