About The Position
Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm with weekend rotation. Assists with scheduled and non-scheduled preventative maintenance of various systems and equipment. Performs general building maintenance, inspection, repairs, and general maintenance of the grounds, lots and surroundings. Collects, recycles and removes trash from the property. Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Requires High School Diploma or GED
- Requires one year experience in general maintenance, building construction or other relevant field.
Nice To Haves
- Prefer prior hospital maintenance experience
