Maintenance Assistant
About The Position

Maintenance Assistants work closely with our team to ensure that each Resident has functioning equipment to continue their everyday activities, as well as assisting in maintaining the upkeep of the facility. Communication and teamwork are essential to provide a safe and efficient environment for Residents with specific wants and needs. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Trade school certificate in one or more of the major trades (job experience may be substituted)
- At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance, construction, or power plant work
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to make decisions independently
- Ability to understand and follow both written and oral instructions
