About The Position
Grand Villa of Delray East is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and be willing to work various days and times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple facets of maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ensure that all maintenance equipment is in good working condition
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed
