About The Position

We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the upkeep and repair of CNC mills, lathes, and other machine shop equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable, hands-on individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, technical environment. Basic CNC maintenance experience required.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of CNC machinery and mechanical systems.
Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills in English.
Strong commitment to safety and proper use of safety equipment.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
This position requires the use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The candidate must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines U.S. persons as U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (i.e., Green Card holders), and some refugees.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, equipment, and facility systems.
Inspect machinery to identify potential issues and assist in troubleshooting.
Lubricate equipment, clean parts, and maintain tools to ensure proper functioning.
Assist in moving materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Support facility upkeep and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
Follow all safety procedures and company protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.
