As our Maintenance and Reliability Team Leader, you will own the facility's maintenance strategy, leading the implementation of Planned Maintenance Standards to ensure the peak performance of our processing and packaging production. You will play a pivotal role in influencing safety, continuous improvement directly impacting our ability to deliver quality products to our consumers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 7+ years production/operation management experience.
  • Working knowledge of GMPs/OSHA Regulations; lean manufacturing tools and predictive maintenance principles
  • Working knowledge of PLC, instrumentation electronics, and maintenance repair techniques.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or MBA.
  • Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, particularly food processing.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to prioritize and facilitate progress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and a strong background in contractor negotiation.
  • Knowledge of Maintenance systems such as AM/PM, TPM, or Predictive Maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Support development partnerships between maintenance and operations, creating a customer/provider relationship.
  • Support GMP, FDA, Calibration and EHS plant initiatives.
  • Ensure maintainability of new installations.
  • Establish a comprehensive lubrication program.
  • Prepare, submit, and manage maintenance expense budget line items.
  • Coordinates activities of the Maintenance Planner/scheduler to ensure materials and resources are readily available.
  • Coordinates Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Design and monitoring of an effective and economically justified preventive maintenance program
  • Maintain and analyze equipment data and history records to optimize the maintenance program
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards
