Your impact Safety leadership: administer the Site Safety Program, reinforce Beyond Zero behaviors, and uphold 5S every day. Strategy into action: convert company and site initiatives into clear team plans; guide successful adoption of new procedures. Cultural stewardship: use ATS leadership competencies; model self-motivation and emotional intelligence. People development: manage performance, mentor in one-on-ones, and open pathways for training and advancement. Operational excellence: embed the Operating System; partner with the Site Manager on maintenance KPIs and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement. Customer partnership: escalate priorities, issues, and equipment status to sustain a positive, profitable relationship. Resource control: assist in managing labor, overtime, and material spend; approve overtime requests. Plan execution: review work orders, protect the schedule, and close execution gaps. Influential communication: lead focused meetings that produce decisions and action.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of related experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfort with Microsoft tools, web applications, and CMMS platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Foundational business acumen: contracts, customer operations, negotiation, billing models, financial understanding, and relationship building
  • Planner/scheduler experience
