As a Maintenance and Reliability Manager, you will lead the Reliability and Maintenance team at our Williamsport plant, driving maintenance excellence and asset reliability. This role ensures optimal performance and longevity of plant assets through proactive strategies, compliance with regulatory standards, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Min. 8+ years of experience in maintenance and reliability within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical Integrity programs and regulatory compliance (OSHA 1910.119)
  • Expertise in CMMS systems and maintenance best practices
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in change management and team development
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the plant Mechanical Integrity Program, ensuring compliance with RMP and OSHA 1910.119 requirements
  • Drive implementation of the Maintenance Excellence Strategy, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance and reducing unplanned downtime.
  • Lead reliability initiatives to improve asset performance, optimize OEE, and enhance plant reliability through data-driven strategies
  • Champion change management and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance execution and shutdown planning in collaboration with Operations and Engineering
  • Ensure effective use of CMMS for work order management and asset history tracking
  • Establish and monitor key maintenance metrics (PM compliance, MTBF, MTTR, OEE)
  • Manage maintenance budgets and storeroom inventory for cost-effective reliability solutions
  • Maintain compliance with cGMP and all applicable regulatory requirements
