A Maintenance and Reliability Engineer, to serve as a key technical resource supporting clients in optimizing maintenance and reliability programs, driving performance improvements, and sustaining asset health. You will balance hands-on maintenance leadership with analytical reliability strategies that reduce downtime, extend asset life, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). This is an on-site position with occasional travel up to 25% of the time. You will report directly to our Maintenance and Reliability Service Leader. This is a project-centered role. In your first project, you will be responsible for- data migration and configuration of CMMS work instructions, workflows, asset hierarchy creation, and system integrations to ensure seamless implementation. You will also provide change management support to site teams, helping them drive system adoption and operational efficiency.
