Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Mechanical or Electrical background preferred.
  • 5+ Years engineering experience
  • Demonstrate working knowledge and experience in CMMS and reliability systems.
  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong scientific and engineering knowledge in specialty.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to interface effectively with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements.
  • Solves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist.
  • Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the reliability and maintainability of plant equipment and systems.
  • Establish, review, and optimize Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance programs.
  • Manage and improve the plant's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) functionality and lead system upgrade.
  • Create and maintain an equipment automation roadmap.
  • Lead and implement site digitization strategies.
  • Champion continuous improvement and culture change in preventative maintenance and reliability strategies.
  • Lead and conduct problem solving efforts and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead capital projects related to equipment improvements, upgrades, and replacements.
  • Consult and provide recommendations for equipment purchases on capital projects.
  • Develop and conduct training for maintenance and operations personnel on reliability concepts, new technologies, and best maintenance practices.
