Envera manufactures bacteria solutions for Lesaffre BUs and different market segments such as wastewater treatment, bioremediation, cleaning solutions, and many other areas where bacteria can play a key role.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology and 5+ years' experience in maintenance and engineering preferably, in a food grade environment a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
  • Experience with CMMS management.
  • Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factors.
  • Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance concepts and modern maintenance job organization concepts is required.
  • Ability to read and develop technical drawings.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
  • Ability to be CPR/First Aid certified required.
  • Ability to be forklift certified required.
  • Proficiency in CAD.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule, either directly or through team, all preventive maintenance activities with maintenance personnel and fermentation and blending departments.
  • Analyze maintenance technician reports and CMMS data to prevent repetition of equipment or system failures.
  • Author Maintenance Department SOP's, PM's, Safety Programs, and other relative documents and subsequently train the applicable personnel.
  • Develop and track equipment and maintenance reliability KPIs.
  • Function as Subject Matter Expert for overall equipment design, functionality, preventive maintenance requirements, and spare parts.
  • Lead energy efficiency efforts for the facility.
  • Oversee plant maintenance budget and track maintenance related expenses.
  • Manage complex LOTO and MOC efforts to ensure zero injuries.
  • Ensure P&IDs are reviewed and updated as needed.
  • Ensure all engineering and maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established safety protocols and cGMPs.
