About The Position
Do you have a knack for fixing things? Heather Heights Senior Living Facility is looking for a Full Time or Part Time Maintenance Aide! Responsible for the overall maintenance of the facility. Provide residents with well-maintained building and grounds. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for minor repairs and upkeep throughout the building and grounds as assigned by the Maintenance Director.
Requirements
- Painting Experience
- Minor Maintenance Repair Experience
- Team player
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to stand be active (lift, pull, and/or push a reasonable weight) for extended periods of time.
Responsibilities
