Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance administration, preferably in an automotive or diesel shop environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of diesel engine parts and maintenance procedures is a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for diesel engines and equipment
- Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking parts supplies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts usage, and service history
- Assist technicians with parts identification and procurement
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation for management review
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely parts delivery
