Responsibilities Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, DEF systems, clutches, transmissions, exhaust systems, and electrical components Execute preventive maintenance and ensure vehicles meet high safety and performance standards Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors Maintain high standards for quality workmanship , efficiency , and customer satisfaction Qualifications What We’re Looking For: A or B-level technician with 3+ years of hands-on experience in diesel diagnostics and repair Strong skills in electrical, engine, and transmission systems Stable work history and a track record of reliability and responsibility Excellent communication and collaboration skills A commitment to quality work and continuous improvement Benefits Benefits: Highly competitive hourly pay: $22.00 – $40.00/hour based on skill level and production Monday–Friday work schedule (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) with optional overtime Comprehensive medical and dental benefits 401(k) with 3% company match Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays Annual reviews and income advancement opportunities A supportive, team-oriented shop environment with real room for growth Pay Range USD $22.00 - USD $40.00 /Yr.
Requirements
- A or B-level technician with 3+ years of hands-on experience in diesel diagnostics and repair
- Strong skills in electrical, engine, and transmission systems
- Stable work history and a track record of reliability and responsibility

Responsibilities
