About The Position

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the efficient operation of office procedures within designated departments. Provides administrative support to the appropriate supervisor/manager. Prepare reports as required, including collecting and documenting information for annual CAFO and DNREC reports. Track and document all purchases within the department and ensure budgetary compliance. Coordinates and disseminates communication and correspondence. Assures accurate files and record keeping. Maintains record retention policies and procedures. Responsible for weekly timekeeping, schedule verification, and processing for team members in the corresponding department. Coordinate and monitor inventory management. Responsible for initiating the necessary documentation for status changes and information updates for team members in the corresponding department. Maintain professionalism at all times when working with and responding to team members and/or guests. Able to communicate (both written and verbal) with all team members and levels of management. Attends and records minutes for all meetings as requested. Coordinates and inputs requisitions for purchasing and accounting. Perform other related duties as required JOB REQUIREMENTS: One (1) to Three (3) years of administrative experience. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word Applications. Must have strong organizational skills; accounting background preferred. Attention to detail and accuracy required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with team members, management, and guests is mandatory. Must be able to handle all types of team member/guest-related situations; relay all team member compliments and complaints to department management. Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods of time without difficulty. Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • One (1) to Three (3) years of administrative experience.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word Applications.
