About The Position

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Facilities Admin to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in West Yellowstone, Montana. As a Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for providing basic administrative support including coordinating activities and meetings, preparing expense reports, processing invoices, and contacting team members. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to live in West Yellowstone, MT.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and a willingness to learn other software applications as needed
  • Must have valid driver license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Park Service experience and a facilities management background preferred

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support the computerized maintenance management system including HOTSOS, Amadeus, and Hexagon EAM; train the maintenance team and manage work order entries and reports
  • Assist with compliance reporting, document opening and closing procedures, and support capital project submissions and implementation with regional facilities managers
  • Communicate with National Park Service representatives to submit required documentation for Yellowstone projects and maintain organized records
  • Submit and manage purchase orders for regional facilities managers including capital purchases, and maintain regional fleet records such as insurance, titling, and registration
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines independently and support the Mountain Region office with training, reporting, and project coordination
