We’re seeking people who: Don’t want to work for typical corporate employers Want to contribute to making the world a safer place (no, really) Have a life outside of work Position Purpose Maintenance Account Managers are responsible for maintaining accounts, client relationships and overall volume for existing core customers. For this role we offer a base pay of $24.04 - 31.25 hourly

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree in business or equivalent experience
  • Reasoning ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and involved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving many concrete variables in standardized and un-standardized situations
  • Ability to work overtime when needed
  • Acquire working knowledge of all intranet programs
  • Ability to close sales
  • Ability to manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously

  • Strong phone skills
  • 2 - 5 years sales experience, preferably as an inside sales account representative or manager experience
  • A minimum of 2 years quota-carrying sales experience
  • Proficiency in PC usage, recent versions of Windows a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Ability to navigate various sales platforms such as Salesforce and internal system
  • Documented formal sales training

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers by phone, through email and virtual meetings to ensure their needs are understood, addressed, and opportunities are uncovered and follow through to closure.
  • Building strong customer relationships to maintain current business and expand into new categories in existing customers where applicable
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
  • Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the customer’s needs
  • Make a minimum of 50 call attempts/logged calls to keep customers engaged and informed.
  • Acting as the customer’s representative to ensure their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning customer behavior to understand changing needs
  • Always take responsibility for the safety of self and others
  • Take responsibility to eliminate accidents, injuries & hazards at all times
  • Observe and act in accordance with all applicable laws & regulations & company policies
  • Other duties/projects as assigned
