About The Position

The Maintenance 3 - Technician is a key role responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of facility systems and equipment. This position requires a skilled individual with a strong aptitude for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and machinery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate proficiency in preventive maintenance practices. This role involves facility repair and maintenance, including carpentry, painting, and drywall work.

Requirements

  • General knowledge of Electrical Systems.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Working knowledge of Plumbing.
  • Working knowledge of Machinery.
  • Working knowledge of Hand Tools and Power Tool Operation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent English Language communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability in Troubleshooting (Problem Solving).

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, utilizing hand tools and power tools.
  • Conduct facility repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, and drywall installation and repair.
  • Maintain and repair machinery, ensuring optimal performance and operational efficiency.
  • Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, providing excellent customer service.
  • Perform swimming pool maintenance, ensuring water quality and equipment functionality.
  • Utilize computer literacy for work order management and reporting.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing all maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding project status and issues.
