About The Position
Since 1987, Laurel Ridge Treatment Center has been the premier provider of specialized behavioral health and addictive disease services in San Antonio and South Texas. Our 330-bed facility is one of the largest freestanding psychiatric hospitals in the United States. Preventive maintenance of all hospital equipment and all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age and be able to read and write in English.
- General knowledge of plumbing, electricity, wall repair and carpentry.
- Need to have some knowledge on how to run power tools.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Valid Texas drivers license
- One-year experience.
Nice To Haves
- Prefer experience in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Electrical and plumbing maintenance and repairs.
- Carpentry, building repair and other duties as assigned.
- Preventive maintenance.
- Reporting and resolving and PI problems.
- Hospital safety.
- Following all hospital policies and procedures.
