- English speaking
Responsibilities
- Clean all surfaces in common areas (e.g. Information Centers, Fitness Center, kitchens, restrooms) to include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and glass cleaning
- Empty garbage cans from all amenity spaces including restrooms and dog waste stations
- Clean and maintain light fixtures and replacement bulbs.
- Patrol grounds for trash and debris along roads, maintaining a “Clean as You Go” mindset
- Greet residents when in contact with a warm smile, and genuine greeting
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and tidy
