About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on aggregate processing equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions. Safely operate tools and machinery to repair or replace components. Collaborate with operations teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.
Requirements
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industrial tools, welding, and fabrication techniques.
- Commitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
