About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on aggregate processing equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Safely operate tools and equipment for repairs and adjustments. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient plant operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
