Requirements

ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics, or similar)
DSD platforms and distributor systems (APP, KIA, 1WS)
Grocery retailer portals (e.g., item setup, pricing, and promotion portals)
Excel, Tableau, and reporting tools for data validation and reconciliation
Knowledge of MS Office – especially Excel
Tech savvy
Able to navigate multiple portals and programs
Strong customer service skills
Organized
Professionalism
Ability to commute to Chicago Loop

Responsibilities

Enter and maintain customer, item, pricing, and promotional data within ERP and DSD systems
Coordinate with brokers, DSD (direct store delivery), Distributors, and internal sales teams to support store-level execution
Manage new item setup, price changes, promotions, and resets for grocery retailers
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies affecting billing, deductions, and DSD execution
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with grocery retail and distributor requirements
