About The Position
We currently have a career opportunity for a Mainframe Support Engineer to join our team located in Lake Mary, FL OR Pittsburgh, PA. As a Mainframe Support Engineer on our Data Processing Services team, you will be the primary point of contact for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and support of critical mainframe environment. You'll ensure system availability, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to keep batch and transactional processes running smoothly.
