About The Position

Join a fast moving, innovative, and growing team that is supporting a large federal client’s Mainframe environment. The selected candidate will provide training, advisory and support the Mainframe and Virtual Tape Library configurations at DOJ. Specific tasks include: Supporting the training of DOJ staff on the environment, configurations, and processes. Technical support and advisory services for upgrades and enhancement projects. Participating in meetings and discussions; Identifying problems and risks that could adversely impact performance, cost and/or delivery;

Requirements

  • Minimum of EIGHT (8) years of relevant experience
  • Experience with the following technology: Z/OS operating systems, WebSphere and Content Manager.
  • Experience with HTTP/Apache and IBM File Manager
  • Experience with a Ticketing System (i.e.: ServiceNow )
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
  • Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
  • US Citizenship is required
