About The Position

The Cage Main Bank Cashier is responsible for operating an assigned window or bank in accordance with company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations. This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism while handling transactions that support both customers and internal departments.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in casino cashiering and a general knowledge of cage regulations and procedures are required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a level II Missouri Gaming License.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Strong math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Handle cash and chip transactions in the main bank and employee window
Support other departments with transactions and verifications
Count and reconcile the bank at the end of each shift
Assist with verification of soft count drops, house revenues, and kiosk drops.
Follow the Missouri Gaming Commission and company policies
Provide professional, friendly service to guests and coworkers
Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
