  • Manage daily operations of Data Entry and Mailroom teams supporting Alaska Medicaid
  • Oversee document preparation, screening, sorting, batching, and scanning workflows
  • Supervise the full scanning process from intake through quality assurance
  • Monitor courier operations and vehicle use
  • Maintain inventory of envelopes, forms, and supplies for internal and vendor usage
  • Track and report daily/weekly inventory statistics
  • Perform HR-related functions for Mailroom personnel
  • Assess operational backlogs and identify root causes
  • Prepare documentation for storage and retention
  • Serve as a mentor and leader to Data Entry and Mailroom staff
  • Monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and coordinate maintenance with Admin and Vendors
  • Ensure adherence to service agreements and performance expectations
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures across assigned areas
  • Provide Quality Control oversight and report issues to leadership
  • Collaborate with leadership and account teams to share operational data and insights
  • Ensure staff training requirements are met and implemented effectively
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated experience training and mentoring staff
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work independently
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Proficiency in time management and maintaining operational accuracy
