SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Operates postal meter and applies postage to outgoing mail. Sorts incoming interoffice mail and U.S. Postal Service mail. Maintains count of mail pieces, as required. Signs for and tracks packages received from UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Prepares packages for shipment via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and U.S. Postal Service. Completes customs documents for shipments to United Kingdom branches. Unloads equipment/supply shipments delivered via truck. Responsible for compliance with all Federal regulations including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Other Duties and Responsibilities: Issues supply items and deliver supplies to various departments, as needed. Prepares supply delivery tickets as needed. Performs Supply functions in absence of Supply Clerk. Must be able to communicate with employees at all levels, as well as supply and mail management vendors. Interpersonal Skills: Normal courtesy in dealing with others is required. Work involves minimal contacts, usually within the organization and generally with immediate co-workers. Contact usually involving routine, non-sensitive issues. External contacts are limited to incidental contacts with customers or no contact. Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred. Experience with e-mail software and use of the Internet required. Certificates, Licenses and Registrations: None required.
