About The Position

Responsible for daily operations of the mailroom and assists with supplies and
distribution.

Requirements

• A high school education or GED.
• One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• Accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Excellent communication and organization skills required.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Must be flexible and be able to handle multiple tasks in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Must be able to communicate with employees at all levels, as well as supply and mail management vendors.
• Normal courtesy in dealing with others is required.
• Experience with e-mail software and use of the Internet required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates postal meter and applies postage to outgoing mail.
• Sorts incoming interoffice mail and U.S. Postal Service mail.
• Maintains count of mail pieces, as required.
• Signs for and tracks packages received from UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
• Prepares packages for shipment via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and U.S. Postal Service.
• Completes customs documents for shipments to United Kingdom branches.
• Unloads equipment/supply shipments delivered via truck.
• Responsible for compliance with all Federal regulations including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
• Issues supply items and deliver supplies to various departments, as needed.
• Prepares supply delivery tickets as needed.
• Performs Supply functions in absence of Supply Clerk.
