Winston Benefits, a Brown & Brown company, is seeking a Mailroom Coordinator to join our team! WHAT YOU’LL DO: Ensures that outgoing mail is sent by retrieving letters and packaged from each department, weighing, and attaching postage, and delivering mail to the local post office. Ensures that incoming mail is delivered by retrieving from the post office, soring, and bundling, and bringing it to the receptionist or the correct department. Ensures that Fed Ex packages are shipped by packing, labeling, and recording them using the FedEx shipment software. Maintains and uses various other equipment to assist with fulfillment if various mailings. Provides banking services by delivering deposits and retrieving petty cash from the local bank branch as needed. Performs inventory maintenance of office, mail room, and kitchen by monitoring and replenishing needed items and ordering from approved vendors or local stores. Maintains neat and clean office environment by repairing or hiring repairmen, and removing trash when cleaning service is unavailable, as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
