Requirements

  • Associates degree preferred
  • Must have 3-5 years prior experience in mailroom operations or office management
  • Familiarity with RF scanners for inventory tracking and order processing
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods
  • Experience with shipping & receiving procedures and documentation standards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Support an office of approximately 1,500 employees by completing all major printing tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Operate and troubleshoot commercial‑grade copiers, including high‑volume printers; must be computer‑savvy to manage multiple print settings and workflows.
  • Produce professional‑quality printed materials, including books, firm and soft copy documents, bound materials, training manuals, and specialty print projects.
  • Assist with meeting and visitor support, including setting up and breaking down rooms, equipment, and materials as needed.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages accurately throughout the facility
  • Load and unload shipments using equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to ensure swift processing
  • Prepare outgoing shipments by packing, labeling, and coordinating with shipping carriers
  • Maintain organized filing systems for correspondence, documents, and shipping records
  • Assist with warehouse distribution tasks, including inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Support shipping and receiving operations by verifying shipment contents and documentation
  • Perform heavy lifting as needed to move packages or supplies safely and efficiently
