Job Description Perform mailroom admin and coordinator duties Manage receiving and shipping operations including domestic and international mail Print presentations for various departments Maintain inventory of products and supplies Pack items as needed for distribution or shipment Receive, sort and distribute mail throughout the organization Resolve issues with incorrect or returned mail Receive outgoing mail and apply correct postage with arrangement for pickup Process certified mail and domestic and international outgoing shipments via Fed-Ex, UPS and USPS Receive and scan packages and messenger deliveries using send suite tracking online and deliver to floors Process document printing services requests Troubleshoot printers and copiers including toner replacement Manage product inventory and supplies ordering Answer emails and work on Famis 360 ticketing platform Travel between two buildings across the street, going back and forth between mail room and other building
