Mailroom Associate Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Location: Nashville, TN Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-Clean Desk Pay is $ 20/hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Mailroom Associate to support banking operations through accurate, high-volume transaction processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

Attention to detail with accuracy and good eye-hand coordination
Ability to lift to 15-20 pounds
Must be able to work overtime as required
Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
Open minded with a positive attitude
Flexibility and willingness to learn and be utilized in all areas of operation
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Sort, sling, and organize incoming mail into bins in proper time order for processing.
Distribute work to processors throughout the day to maintain a steady workflow.
Open and process mail following client instructions on the computer system; print and attach headers and record item counts.
Maintain productivity during the workday and assist with preparing remaining work for the next day at shift end.
