Sonova US is seeking a Mailroom Associate at our Aurora Operations Distribution Center in Aurora, IL. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency
  • 1-2 years of
  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to stand/walk for an hour per day and sit for up to 7 hours per day
  • Strong manual dexterity for use of small hand tools and repetitive motions using both hands
  • Required to use a box cutter continuously for 4 hours
  • Excellent vision to read small font
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
  • Meet personal and team efficiency goals
  • Flexibility to various positions as business needs require
  • A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

Responsibilities

  • Open, sort, and forward incoming packages
  • Process incoming and outgoing items
  • Receive packages from USPS
  • Coordinate shipping with national carriers
  • Process requests for all department labels
  • Pick up items from Order Entry department and deliver to other areas of the facility
